According to the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act (20 ILCS 3960) they \u201cshall also meet the reporting requirements under this subsection (b) for female-owned<\/strong>, minority-owned, veteran-owned, and small business enterprises with respect to those reported capital expenditures.\u201d<\/p>\n
